Order Confirmation

After receiving your order, we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email to confirm your order and delivery details. Orders are processed after confirmation.

Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within approximately 3 working days after confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on location and unforeseen circumstances.

Standard delivery charges are generally Rs. 200, but may vary based on the weight, size, and destination of the order.

Payment

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

For online payment, you can pay through JazzCash or Easypaisa. Please place your order on our website first, then make the payment to the designated number provided by Bloom Baby and share the payment confirmation with us.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted for a reasonable and genuine issue, such as receiving a wrong, damaged, defective, or significantly different product.

All products, including hygiene-related products, may be considered for return if there is a genuine problem. Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos/videos, if required.

If the issue is due to our mistake or a defective/damaged product, Bloom Baby will bear the applicable return shipping cost and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund.
